What is webcasting?
Webcasting is the process of a video being broadcast live over the internet. Video cameras in Mayoral Combined Authority, Scrutiny and Audit Committee Meetings capture live video and audio and sends it to anyone who would like to view that meeting.
You must be aware that data collected during webcast meetings will be retained in accordance with the Mayoral Combined Authority’s published policy.
If you attend a meeting that is webcast, by entering the room, you are consenting to be filmed and to the possible use of those images and audio recordings for webcasting and/or training purposes.
